As we move closer to the midterm elections, the Democrats in congress, liberal “journolisters”, the MSNBC White House team , ex White House officials, and even the President himself have come to realize they must somehow reel in the Independents who have moved right faster than you can say “hopey changey”
What is a good liberal to do? Well it seems the only agreed upon tactic is to label all opponents as racists, bigots and xenophobes.
After all, what independent voter wants to be associated with “F**king Nascar Retards”
The Democrats and their allies have called Americans outside the fringe progressive element of their party every derogatory name known to man in an attempt to frighten moderate voters. Name the issue and a consistent journolistic like effort has been made to brand opponents as bigots or worse.
If you attend a tea party rally and oppose the President you must be a racist. Never mind the fact that the images and statements seen today are the exact same ones that were incessantly hurled at President Bush.
If you oppose the onslaught of illegal immigration, the billions spent on services, the crime, the loss of jobs, and the other associated headaches, you must be a xenophobic bigot, a racist who hates the tried and true American values of hard work and fairness.
If you argue against the Health care bill, what other explanation is believable beyond your hatred for poor people or ….. yes you guessed it…minorities.
Want to kill terrorists and protect your families….. You are a warmonger who hates brown people.
Oppose the Mosque at Ground Zero and race is the only plausible answer. It is certainly not the questionable comments of the Imam. It can’t possibly be the “Call to Prayer From the Rubble”, or even the historical significance of the term “Cordoba Initiative”. No, none of that matters, you are a xenophobe, a racist who must be defeated.
Day after day this drivel is pumped into the narrative from the left. From the recent high school graduates, adored by the old (tired) media types, working at the Post, to the toothless dinosaurs filling seats at the White House briefing room…. the story is the same.
